Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are rubbed in our homemade savory blend of seasoning and baked to perfection in your oven. This tender and flavorful chicken is incredibly easy to make any night of the week. Comes with a side of our Yukon Mashed Potatoes. Wine Pairing: Cline Mourvèdre Rosé or Pillars of Hercules Red Blend.
Thai Shrimp with Coconut Rice (NEW)  
Tender, plump shrimp are sautéed with an authentic mild curry and coconut sauce. If you like it with a little kick, let us know and we can add more spice! Serve over our delicious homemade coconut rice for full Thai flavors. This dish is one of our personal favorites! Suggested Wine Pairing: Tortoise Creek Chardonnay.
Crispy Genovese Chicken with Mozzarella and Roasted Potatoes  
Tender chicken breasts are smothered in basil pesto (pesto genovese) and then topped with a layer of Panko and mozzarella with a touch of parsley. Bakes in your oven to create a delicious, crunchy topping. Comes with seasoned Roasted Potatoes that bakes alongside the chicken for an easy and satisfying meal. Suggested Wine Pairing: Tortoise Creek Chardonnay.
Club Lasagna  
Our lasagna is a family favorite for the holidays! We layer our classic marinara, fresh pasta sheets and a special blend of cheeses, and then you choose between our seasoned ground beef or fresh veggies to make a very satisfying and hearty lasagna. Please indicate in notes section which version you prefer. This dish is easy to prepare and can be cooked from frozen. Add our Crusty Baguette or Cheesy Breadsticks (sold separately). Suggested Wine Pairing: Avalon Pinot Noir.
Champagne Chicken  
Tender chicken breasts are lightly breaded, seared with a Parmesan crust, then topped with a delectable champagne sauce with fresh mushrooms, cream, tarragon and more. Serve over angel hair pasta provided. This dish will make any occasion special! Try it with our Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower (sold separately). Blue Cheese Crusted Beef Tenders  
Our signature beef tenders are crusted in blue cheese and Panko breadcrumbs, then topped off with a red wine sauce Pairs perfectly with our Bacon Jam Brussels Sprouts and/or Club Garlic Mashed Potatoes (purchase separately). Suggested Wine Pairing: Santa Julia Malbec.

These fabulous crab cakes only come around once a year! They are impressive and flavorful with a little kick. A blend of real and imitation crab meat is mixed with sautéed green onions, buttery cracker crumbs, spices and more. Makes a great, light dinner or an excellent appetizer for a crowd. Comes with our homemade Sun-dried Tomato & Rosemary Sauce. Suggested Wine Pairing: Bex Riesling.

Our all-white meat chicken tenders are crusted with a seasoned parmesan cheese coating and baked until crispy, then topped off with our delicious chunky marinara and melted mozzarella cheese. Club Beef au Poivre  
A lean cut of beef is seasoned, sliced and seared on a bed of a cognac, cream and peppercorn sauce. Pairs perfectly with our Green Beans Almondine and Club Garlic Mashed Potatoes (purchase separately). Suggested Wine Pairing: Matchbook Cabernet Sauvignon.
Chicken with White Wine Sauce  
This Dinner Club Signature dish is requested year-round. Tender chicken breasts are topped with Swiss cheese, our creamy white wine sauce and a crunchy topping. Great for family or company. Can be prepared from frozen. Comes with a vegetable side. Suggested Wine Pairing: Cline Mourvèdre Rosé.
Roasted Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin with Potatoes  
Our tender and lean pork tenderloin is seasoned and pan-seared, then roasted in the oven along with our all-natural potato wedges that are lightly tossed in a homemade butter of roasted garlic and fresh parsley. The pork is then drizzled with more of the garlic butter sauce. Pairs perfectly with our Green Beans Almondine (sold separately). Suggested Wine Pairing: Santa Julia Malbec.
Chicken Enchilada Soup with Crusty Dinner Rolls  
This dish was suggested by a customer since it is their family favorite! This soup is made in your crockpot with our homemade creamy soup base, enchilada sauce, black beans, corn, cheese and chicken that falls apart after you cook it. Comes with a side of our par-baked Crusty Dinner Rolls. Suggested Wine Pairing: Santa Julia Malbec.
Barbacoa Beef Burrito Bowls with Cilantro Lime Rice  
Our shredded beef burrito bowls are a family favorite! Our all-natural barbacoa beef comes cooked low and slow in robust flavors so that you can quickly get dinner on the table. Just heat with our fire-roasted corn and black beans, and serve over a homemade cilantro-lime rice. Top with cheddar cheese and salsa provided. This dish cannot be split. Roast Pork Loin with Rosemary and Sage  
Our family has enjoyed this recipe for years and it is always requested around the holidays. A lean cut of pork is rubbed with fresh herbs including garlic, sage, thyme and rosemary. Great for company, this slow-roasted dish looks as good as it tastes. Comes with a vegetable side. Excellent served with our Garlic Mashed Potatoes (purchase separately).
