Alani Chicken and Couscous with Citrus-Herb Butter  
“Alani” (uh-LAH-nee) means “orange” in Hawaiian which inspired this recipe. Tender boneless, skinless chicken breasts are seasoned with a special blend, then grilled or seared and finished off in the oven. The chicken is served on a bed of couscous which is drizzled with a homemade butter infused with fresh citrus zest, juice and herbs, then topped with toasted almonds (optional).
