Tender chicken breasts are coated with a delicious creamy basil pesto Genovese and then topped with a delicious layer of Panko, mozzarella, and a touch of parsley that bakes into a delicious generous crunchy topping. Comes with seasoned Roasted Potatoes. All bakes in the oven at the same time for an easy and delicious meal. Suggested Wine Pairing: Raeburn Chardonnay.
Club Lasagna  
Our lasagna is a family favorite for the holidays! We layer our classic marinara, fresh pasta sheets and a special blend of cheeses, and then you choose between our seasoned ground beef or fresh veggies to make a very satisfying and hearty lasagna. Please indicate in notes section which version you prefer. This dish is easy to prepare and can be cooked from frozen. Add our Crusty Baguette or Cheesy Breadsticks (sold separately). Suggested Wine Pairing: Avalon Pinot Noir.
Champagne Chicken  
Tender chicken breasts are lightly breaded, seared with a Parmesan crust, then topped with a delectable champagne sauce with fresh mushrooms, cream, tarragon and more. Serve over angel hair pasta provided. This dish will make any occasion special! Try it with our Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower (sold separately). Suggested Wine Pairing: Raeburn Chardonnay or Avalon Pinot Noir.
Blue Cheese Crusted Beef Tenders  
Our signature beef tenders are crusted in blue cheese and Panko breadcrumbs, then topped off with a red wine sauce. Pairs perfectly with our Sesame Roasted Asparagus and/or Club Garlic Mashed Potatoes (purchase separately). Suggested Wine Pairing: Santa Julia Malbec.
Italian-Style Chicken Tenders  
Our all-white meat chicken tenders are crusted with a seasoned parmesan cheese coating and baked until crispy, then topped off with our delicious chunky marinara and melted mozzarella cheese. Comes with a side of pasta. An easy and satisfying meal for the whole family. Can be prepared from frozen. Suggested Wine Pairing: Klinker Brickmason Red Blend.
Roasted Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin with Potatoes  
Our tender and lean pork tenderloin is seasoned and pan-seared, then roasted in the oven along with our all-natural potato wedges that are lightly tossed in a homemade butter of roasted garlic and fresh parsley. The pork is then drizzled with more of the garlic butter sauce. Pairs perfectly with our Green Beans Almondine (sold separately). Suggested Wine Pairing: Santa Julia Malbec.
Divine Crab Cakes  
These fabulous crab cakes only come around once a year. They are impressive and flavorful with a little kick. A blend of real and imitation crab meat is mixed with sautéed green onions, buttery cracker crumbs, spices and more. Makes a great, light dinner or an excellent appetizer for a crowd. Comes with our homemade Sun-dried Tomato & Rosemary Sauce. Suggested Wine Pairing: Bex Riesling.
Holiday Stuffed Pork Chops  
These festive and impressive pork chops taste as good as they look! Our premium pork is stuffed with a mixture of Jasmine rice, fresh green onions and a touch of dried apricots and cranberries. Seasoned with a sweet and smokey seasoning and then topped with a subtle creamy caramelized sauce. Comes with a vegetable side. Suggested Wine Pairing: Honoro Vera Rosé or Klinker Brickmason Red Blend.
Club Beef au Poivre  
A lean cut of beef is seasoned, sliced and seared on a bed of a cognac, cream and peppercorn sauce. Pairs perfectly with our Green Beans Almondine and Club Garlic Mashed Potatoes (purchase separately). Suggested Wine Pairing: Raymond Cabernet Sauvignon.
Chicken Enchilada Soup with Bake-At-Home Dinner Rolls  
This dish was suggested by a customer since it is their family favorite! This soup is made in your crockpot with our homemade creamy soup base, enchilada sauce, black beans, corn, cheese and chicken that falls apart after you cook it. Comes with a side of our Bake-At-Home Dinner Roll dough that bakes fresh in your oven. Suggested Wine Pairing: Santa Julia Malbec.
Roast Pork Loin with Rosemary and Sage  
Our family has enjoyed this recipe for years! A lean cut of pork is rubbed with fresh herbs including garlic, sage, thyme and rosemary. Great for company, this slow-roasted dish looks as good as it tastes. Comes with a vegetable side. Excellent served with our Garlic Mashed Potatoes (purchase separately). Suggested Wine Pairing: Cline Mourvèdre Rosé.
Herb-Butter Crusted Sole  
Our boneless, skinless, wild-caught sole fillets are dredged in a seasoned bread crumb mixture and then pan-fried in a homemade fresh herb butter made with fresh rosemary, sage and thyme. These fillets have a delicate and irresistible crust. Comes with a side of Orzo. We love this dish with a side of our Green Beans Almondine or Bacon Jam Brussel Sprouts (purchase separately).
